Da FoxHole Enterprises LLC is a real estate development firm founded by Shawn L. Foxworth and rooted in integrity, resilience, and the belief that vibrant neighborhoods begin with community-centric living spaces. Raised in Philadelphia, Shawn grew up in neighborhoods where access to such spaces was limited—an experience that shaped his perspective, passion, and purpose.
Guided by values instilled by his parents; unity, accountability, and community. Shawn approaches development with intention. To him, a home and the surrounding spaces are more than structures; they are the foundation for stability, connection, and opportunity.
With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in global operations, risk management, and sustainability, Shawn brings a disciplined, strategic approach to evaluating opportunities, protecting capital, and delivering projects built for long-term impact.
